Initial Meeting

We'll build a team around your needs, and because of this our communication strategy and engagement model really varies from customer to customer. However, we always organise an initial face to face meeting where you can meet our designers and developers and where we can establish exactly what your project requires.

Following this first meeting, we’ll get our heads together and write up a detailed proposal which specs out what's involved. This way we can advise you on the options available and associated costs in a really transparent and upfront way - no costs hidden behind jargon or ‘agency speak’!

Workshops are a really important stage in our design and development process, and each has a different approach in terms of structure and activities, depending on your project’s specific needs. Hosting workshops can be a great opportunity for us to gain a deeper understanding of your market, throw up new ideas, and provide insight into the goals and milestones of the project.

At this point, we’ll produce concept designs to show our understanding of the project and key features which you require. We listen to your feedback and adjust the design before it is signed off following final approval.

We've been delivering design projects that produce results for our clients for over 20 years, applying our creative skills, strategic expertise and project management experience. Whether it is in print or online, we can hit the mark while delivering great service and excellent value.

We don't see the completion of a project as the end, but as the beginning of a partnership. Many of our clients have been working with us for years, and that’s because we like to create things that have a lasting business impact. This can mean anything from monitoring ongoing performance, making further enhancements or thinking about different opportunities to achieve your business goals through design. Take a look at some of the ways we’ve helped others do the same.
