However, we always organise an initial face to face meeting where you can meet our designers and developers and where we can establish exactly what your project requires.
Following this first meeting, we’ll get our heads together and write up a detailed proposal which specs out what's involved. This way we can advise you on the options available and associated costs in a really transparent and upfront way - no costs hidden behind jargon or ‘agency speak’!
Workshops are a really important stage in our design and development process, and each has a different approach in terms of structure and activities, depending on your project’s specific needs. Hosting workshops can be a great opportunity for us to gain a deeper understanding of your market, throw up new ideas, and provide insight into the goals and milestones of the project.
At this point, we’ll produce concept designs to show our understanding of the project and key features which you require. We listen to your feedback and adjust the design before it is signed off following final approval.
