Eckoh is the UK's leading provider of multi-channel customer service and secure payment solutions. For the past 20 years their automated customer self-service solutions have helped organisations meet the challenges of engaging customers across multiple channels, and removing the pressure of inbound calls on call centres.
Eckoh came to us with a brief to create a new online presence as they launched into the US market. working with the amazing marketing team at Eckoh, we came up with creative concepts for imagery and made sure it had clear call to actions to encourage users to make enquiries through the website. A lot of their audience would be coming from mobile devices, so interactive elements had to support touch and the site’s design had to adjust seamlessly for all browser widths.
We are currently working with Eckoh to develop their overall digital strategy for the UK and US.
