Hello all, I'm asking on behalf of my organization to seek some support in the technical issues we are encountering, as it has microsoft office 2016 sorry we are having some temporary server issues free some of our users as well.

Despite 20166, we are still receiving similar issues. It will be much appreciated if there is any technical advice for us to resolve the issue. Thank you! This thread is locked. However, that doesn't resolve the issue, unfortunately. Do you have any other advice for us to perform? It looks like there are more and more affected users within our organization, and afraid that it would affect the flow.     Something is definitely getting blocked and it is not exclusive to your Sophos WS I say this because I'm experiencing the same issue with our WatchGuard device. I have monitored the packets and cannot see a single packet being denied or unhandled. When I create an open port packet filter policy the activate works, however, when monitoring the open policy I cannot see what is different in the packets I ask the above because I provide support for another company which also has a Watchguard device, the activation works fine on this.

    There are only a handful of users and although they are using a 'lesser' spec Watchguard device T10 , the watchguard Http and https Proxys are pretty much designed the same. Only major difference is with the smaller company I allow clients to resolve DNS externally, whereas with the larger company our servers handle all the DNS resolutions. No we don't allow external DNS but i didn't think it would be an issue as by passing my proxy allowed me to activate.
