When I go into Outlook and click on File Export of my contacts to a CSV file, the resulting file contains all my current contacts, plus pages of contacts with no email address showing that I deleted in past years. There appears to be some confusion in the program retween "contacts", and "Address book".

Not having a valid electronic address does not constitute "deleting" a contact item. When using the Outlook export wizard, the contents of one contact folder is exported at a time.
